Oh, what a wonderful day it was today! Back to routine. Back to school. Back to work (okay, I could have done without that, but oh well). Awesome!
Nutrition: pretty good even though I've been a bit snacky tonight. I'm still in calorie range though and my added sugar intake has been fairly low. I've brushed my teeth now, so no more food!
Fitness: This morning I did my scheduled Ballet Beautiful: Total Body Strength & Cardio. It's only half an hour, but whew! Then this afternoon I did Jessica Smith's 30-Minute Power Interval Walk and Flat Abs 10-Minute Total Body Workout. I signed up for email from her website and when I got an email yesterday about a challenge for this month, I jumped right on board. These two workouts were actually one for Monday and one for Tuesday, but since I started today, I piggybacked them together. Tomorrow I'll do Wednesday's assignment (it's already two workouts) and Friday I'll do Thursday and Friday's assignments. Gives me that added boost!
Personal: I did work on my cross-stitching for a little bit.
So, all in all another good day except for the extra snacking. Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!
