Six Days in on the Fitness Challenge

Tomorrow will be the seventh day of the fitness challenge. I am so glad I am doing this. I am not able to do all the full range of motion exercises, but it makes me feel good that I am doing something everyday. Added 15 minutes of aerobic walking today and six minutes upper arm exercises. A lot of muscle strength seems to be gone from my arms. I know I have not been lifting and toting as much to take the stress off the knees, but, apparently, that is causing some weakening muscle strength in my arms. In a class last year, we were shown a simple exercise to do twice a day to strengthen our arms and I have neglected to do it. That has to change!

A little under the weather today. Stomach a little queasy and quite a bit of dizziness earlier. Time for a protein shake, some fiber, and a little rest before DH gets home from work. Oh, and the dog will probably need to go out, too.
