It hit me on Christmas Eve and has been lingering ever since (yes, counting today I'm on day 16 eek!). I FINALLY have it down to just a slight cough, which is much improved even from yesterday. Needless to say, workouts have been few and far between. Any exertion and it would throw me into a coughing tizzy which was absolutely miserable.
But since the cough is finally improving, I will slowly start adding gentle workouts back into my schedule. Once the cough is completely gone, I will increase the workouts and the intensity.
Can't wait to feel 100% again!!!
