Do you ever feel like you have weight loss ADD? Or better yet, you feel like you have ADD when it comes time to plan your weight loss?
I do! I do! I do!
Weight Watcher or Spark People? To run or not to run for cardio? To eat dairy or not to eat dairy? So much options, so many choices, and at one point I want to do each one!
Deep Breath! The decision I need to make are these? Do I want a weight loss goal or a fitness goal? Do I want to really focus on losing the weight or do I want to really focus on training for a half marathon. The decision is important, because you do different things to your body. So my choices are (I've narrowed it down for now):
1) Focus on weight loss. Continue Les Mills Pump as my primary program and do whatever cardio I want on non strength training days.
2) Focus on a half marathon. Continue Les Mills Pump as my primary program, but make running my only cardio choice for training purposes.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. I'm leaning towards option one, but that's because I'm beginning to feel my weight in my joints now and it hurts!!!
Also I had my first dream in which I was fat! Yep my butt was knocking items over or just bumping furniture in my dream (which happens here in my house). Not cool my friend...not cool!!
