2013 in Review

I know we are already over a week into 2014 but I was finally able to sit down and get some statistics from 2013 and I thought I would share:

Jan 11, 2013: 187 pounds
Jan 8, 2014: 157 pounds

Running Stats:
I ran 401.27 miles total (I set a goal to run 312)
I ran the most miles in September (54.67)
I ran the fewest miles in June (19.64)
I ran 5 half marathons (and PRed at my December half with a time of 2:35:22)
My fastest run was a 4 mile run where I ran a pace of 10:48 min/mile
My second fastest was an 8 mile run where I ran a pace of 10:49 min/mile
I ran a total of 93 days (this needs to increase!)

What I would like to accomplish in 2014:
Run a total of 500 miles
Run a sub 2:30 half marathon
Run a sub 30:00 5K
Increase my total days of running to 150 days
Lose the last 20 pounds (preferably by my anniversary in July)
Where a size 10 dress in my friends wedding
