Hello Sparkfamily! I love cabbage and I I hope that you do too 'cause I have a yummy dish for you! Take a gander at this!
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. Minute Rice (uncooked)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 lbs. coarsely chopped cabbage
Brown beef and drain fat. Mix in rice and soup mix. Lay over cabbage in a 9x13 pan. Add 1 can of water to sauce and pour over cabbage and meat mixture. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
Note: I mixed the cabbage, meat and sauce together, then put in the pan. The sauce gets mixed in better. Enjoy!
