Saw this and wanted to share... motivating to look at what 1 lb a week really
could add up to!

If I lost 1 lb each week of 2014 I would be...

~7 pounds lighter by Valentines Day. I'm loving it!

~11 pounds lighter by St. Patricks day.

~by Easter, I'd be 16 lbs lighter. I'd be a cute bunny!

~by Memorial Day I'd be 23 lbs lighter. I won't let it rain on my parade!

~by Flag Day I'd be 25 lbs lighter.

~by Independence Day I'd be 27 lbs lighter. That's a neat declaration of independence from overeating!

~by Labor Day I'd be 36 lbs lighter. What a wonderful reward for all of my hard work!

~by Columbus Day I'd be 41 lbs lighter. What a joy to discover what i can do!

~by Halloween I'd be 44 pounds lighter. I didn't think I had a ghost of a chance!

~by Christmas Eve I'd be 51 lbs lighter. Talk about being merry!

~by New Year's Eve I'd be 52 pounds lighter. It's not just a new year, it's a new me!

Let's hear it for 2014!! Let's rock it!

    Agreed, I took that approach last year and I ended up losing 43 lbs and this year I am focusing on losing the remaining 32 lbs. Let's do this!

    Going to put this in goal book i decided i need to work harder on this year and this blog re sparked me to get a move on we are only on page 8 of our New Book called 2014 thanks for the push to get things going. this could be our challenge once the winter games are memory thinking cap on as make my plan and get going thanks

    That's really good. Being a slow loser it might take me a little longer to lose the weight. I'm going to copy this though as it might help keep me focused. emoticon

    Hey I'm going to copy this and paste it on other teams if I can get this computer to work right. I have told one team I am a leader of you only have to lose 1 pound a day to make 52 pounds in a year.
