Thanks for sharing that article. Very interesting! I am smiling more and laughing more these days which makes me happier and I look better because of it. I'll get my exercise in sometime today, once I get myself in gear. A lot of pain and aches today from this screwball weather - at least it doesn't feel like -20 today! I like upper 60s to 70s for being outside and exercising. Oh and the sunshine always makes if feel so much better.
Have a fantastic day! emoticon

Love the picture of the brain. Thanks so much for sharing. Most of these are things I do daily now, thanks to the changes I made in 2013. Forward! Best wishes to you.

Enjoyed reading this and I was surprised to discover I've been integrating a lot of these things into my life the past few years ... and I am so much better for it. The one thing I really need to work on is getting decent sleep but lately even that has been improving. (she says with a BIG smile - I never thought I'd sleep through a whole night again). Thanks for sharing ~ dj

Thank you for a very interesting article. I've certainly found a lot of it to be true. Including the older you get the happier your outlook, at least up to a point. Then, unfortunately, physical problems can cloud your happiness a bit.
The one thing I think I need to work on would be meditating. I have heard many times how beneficial it is. I'll have to find more time for this.
I do so enjoy my walks with Chloe. We keep upping our time outside, and I know it's because we so enjoy it, now that it's not so hot. 50 degrees is pretty nice also if you're dressed right.
Have a happy day!

Well, I had my 20-minute walk this morning. And I am more content than I was yesterday, even though today I have a cold. Interesting!

I'm going for a class at Curves, signing up for the spring Bible study and also a craft class. Then, stock up on fresh produce, including grapefruit.

It's a blessed day!

I had to convert the 13.9 C to F but I totally agree with it. Approximately 60 degrees is the perfect weather. Not too hot, not too cool. Thanks for posting this one.
