Dr. Oz's 2 week rapid weight loss plan

I'm wondering if anyone here has tried it , I watched his show today and some woman lost 26 lbs in 2 weeks...
I printed it for the smoothie and might try some of the stuff on here.

  I am on my 13th day of the two week rapid weight loss. I created this account to let everyone know I was 252 and today I am 230, this plan works if you are following it to a T. I am projecting my weight to be 228 by the time this is over loosing 24 pounds in 2 weeks. Oh and I started running 2 miles a day my second week which helped my weight loss.

  I am just starting this plan this morning. Had already modified my eating over the last few weeks but wanted to give this a try to jump start my slow metabolism and give me some motivation. I found it about 3 weeks ago but had to get all the ingredients and such. I am so encouraged to see that someone lost 10 + pounds the first week. At this point I will be happy with 5#...cause I have been stuck for awhile. I am anxious to know how anyone else has fared...thanks

    I just completed 7 days on the plan and lost 10.2 pounds.

    I don't care for almond milk to drink, but I do use it in my protein shakes, have been for a couple of years. It has only 30 calories plus it has about half of your daily requirement for calcium. it makes a good base for the protein shakes I think.

    I watched it yesterday too. went on line and printed out plan.
It's not too different from the original plan i lost on earlier in my journey.
I too drank shakes. gave up sugar, caffeine, most heavy carbs. If you stick to the plan, you can't help but lose. you just have to be careful to not pig out when you end the two weeks.
by the end of two weeks you are supposed to be weaned off sugar and some of the fattening foods. Maybe , maybe not.
But it is a good start. from then on it's up to you how much you have adapted to new eating habits.
it's certainly healthy. No gimmicks, like so many "diet" plans are.
it sure helped me lose 190 lbs and keep it off for over 4 years.

    I don't find you taste almond milk when it is in a smoothie. I have them all the time, and use almond milk, hubby uses rice but has way more cals and carbs.

    Thanks for sharing. I too got a smoothie recipe from his show, but it's not this smoothie. I think I like the one I have, better, I don't really care for that Almond milk. Lol. Good luck with it!!!!
