Week 1 - Day 7

Today I started pretty well with food then we were running around for most of the day.
B - 4 egg whites muffins with pepper and chives, oats with corn, coffee + milk
L/S - protein shake, banana, some almonds, coconut pieces covered in dark chocolate
D - 0.75C brown rice, portion of lentil & black bean stew, 1C green beans, 1C brussel sprouts
E - last day of rest
Total - Cal - 1510, Fat - 51, Carbs - 205, Protein - 91
Tomorrow is my first weight in after a week, we'll see how it goes.
