As my close Sparker friends know I had a great Christmas, but really indulged in too much of those goodies that keep that weight right on this ole body, plus add a few more. I was upset with myself for awhile, but decided being upset and kicking butt was doing nothing to resolve the 4.5 lb gain. I had to put a plan in action, get back to those good habits learned on Spark..so back to exercise..30 min a day to start, drinking that water, planning those menus, logging all my food, and interacting with my Spark friends..boy you gals sure give me so much encouragement and hope, I couldn't keep going without all the helpful tips, and pats on the back!
Well I did start pushing harder and low and behold a 1.5 lb loss since the 1st of January
I am happier, feeling confident, and stomach is thanking me also, I feel so much better when I eat in smaller portions, and stick to healthy foods. I am on a roll and looking forward to BLC24, bring it on I am ready for the challenges!
