As many might know, I haven't been active on Spark People for quite some time.
It isn't the same Spark--too many changes, too many "need to get points" The emphasis
is not on improving yourself or losing weight anymore. It's probably just me--I'm the one whose changed. I found a site called "Lose it" Very simple. Counts your calories down and adds your exercise in. Quite simple, no competition except myself no need to brag about about much I did today, or how many points I have.
Sorry Spark was very good for me for quite a while and then something just happened.
