So I still have holiday remnants in my apartment- specifically in my kitchen. Cookies, candies, massive chocolate bar, peppermint chocolate, chips and queso... and i have continued to munch on them.
But it needs to stop. I need to get back on track to keep up with my goals. There is a clock ticking here. A clock to having babies!! Need to be healthier to get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy.
SO, time to refocus my goals, remind my self of what's important to me. Remind myself that the end goal is muuuuuuch more important to me than the short-lived pleasure of unhealthy eating.
