hehehehehe. I remembered the date - 2014 now.
Anyhow, with the stress over the past few days, I kind of fell off. Not completely, but a little. I didn't get my water in. I didn't track all my foods. But I didn't go off the deep end and eat everything in site.
Hubby and I talked last night. He told me he wouldn't be happy if DD had to come and stay, but he wouldn't outright say no. I told him I understand this, and did not want to push the issue or fight about it. That's why I pulled back and spent some time on my own on Sunday. Anyhow, it seems to be working out. DD found a nanny position in Calgary. Now she needs to find a place to live asap.
As for me, my car still won't start. I'm going to need it boosted or towed to the garage. Not sure if I'm going to do it today, or wait until tomorrow. It's supposed to warm up even more tomorrow. I think I'll wait.
Today I'm off work again. I haven't worked all week long. Starting tomorrow, that will change. Period.
But for today, I could do things around the house. There's lots of cleaning that needs to be done.
I am back on track today.
Water: I'm a little behind, but I'm going to change that RIGHT NOW. I'm going to finish off my first liter, and fill it up. No more drinking anything else today until I'm done at least my 8 glasses.
Food: I came home and had some fruit for breakfast, and made my lunch at home. Twice I had the chance to grab a go coffee. Twice I turned it down and came home. Yay me!
Now to get it all tracked and stay on track for today. Supper tonight is going to be the buffalo mac and cheese again. It was so yummy last time.
Fitness: Not a focus for me today. I'm thinking focus on house cleaning. It won't register with my bodymedia, but it's still a workout for me, and it gets the house clean. Monday my fitness classes start. Before then? Walking. Maybe running.
So that's my day for today. Nothing spectacular, but it's a baby step in the right direction.
