Hello great SP community.
today another day whereby I am still under the weather, and feel upside down, strange comment I know but that is how I am feeling, no I have not done a yoga head stand, but feeling every time I take one step forward, I end back two steps behind with my health. Everything I am trying to do, is taking twice the time, as being physically tired. Does anyone feel the same? Surely I should be shaking this cold by now?
Just going to work is taking all my energy, as I have need to walk to different centres, carrying my heavy bags, walking up and down steps that when I get home I am tired. The question of shall I do just 10 minutes keeps coming up in my mind? Will my mind or body win?
I apologise for my ramblings, and if I have not made myself clear. Not to bore you further

Keep pushing forward and although I am a snail at the moment I am cheering you all along to reach your goals
