Energetic Day 24:
Active Challenge: Set an alarm to go off every hour. Take at least 5 minutes to stand up and stretch, walk around or take a break.
Exercise Challenge: Spend 30-60 minutes today doing strength training exercises for the entire body choosing a workout from the Beginner Workout section or a more advanced workout
Flexibility Challenge: Perform the exercises listed in the Total Body Stretch after your strength training workout or choose a different flexibility workout.
Nutritional Challenge: Eat at least one serving of fruit with every meal and snack today.
Mind/Body Challenge: Three-minute meditation.
YES (I did it in the morning today just to de-stress, someone really got me angry)
Record your workouts and meals in your journal
Note: I am really improving my emotions, while angry today it was not long before I coordinated myself and told myself to stop ranting. Instead of talking, I started writing what made me angry and why I was angry in my journal, not long the frown on my face calmed and I was my normal self again and I was able to think straight for a solution instead fuming.
