My soft jiggly butt .....

Tuesday, January 07, 2014

got on my exercise bike again today! I think that's 3, maybe 4 days in a roll! emoticon
Last Friday I went to the docs and they told me I can do anything that I want to do. That there is no indication that my aneurysm will rupture. They're saying because it's still very small, that whatever I do won't harm it.
So now I don't have an excuse not to exercise and I can waste the time pedaling by play Candy Crush! which actually does help with the boredom of not moving.
My headaches are lessening so maybe I will be able to start moving more and doing more and get rid of all of this soft jiggly stuff that shakes when I brush my teeth, and sits on my thighs, .......

I hope you are having a warm happy day!
