Tracking food

It looks like this girl is going to have to start tracking her least for the rest of this month until I get my bad eating habits under control. emoticon emoticon

On a positive note I am back on a regular exercise schedule!!! I'm averaging 22,000 steps every day! emoticon

    Yes, you should definitely track your food. It is amazing how the calories add up. emoticon
