I am finding my tea habit an easy one to maintain although I still have to remind myself to brew tea and not eat in the afternoon before dinner. Having my cup right now after my afternoon snack that I managed to keep a snack, I don't think I've eaten much today. I've had 901 calories in the past 12 hours. I'm hungry like I haven't eaten all day and I just had an ounce of cheese, that protein should kill hunger. Drink my tea. Wow, for a 300 calorie dinner you could actually have a serving of pasta with a serving of sauce and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and it would work out for the day if all you had was water for the rest of the day and no dessert. I'd come in at the bottom of my range for the day. I'm going to dinner with my dad tonight so we'll see how well I do with all of this eating. I'm not planning to pig out.
