It is not a good idea to work out after eating only cotton candy. Don't ask. It is also not a good idea to workout without your inhaler (if you have asthma and it's cooooooold outside). I didn't exercise outside, but just being outside fo any period of time is a trigger when it's cold.
Anyway, that said, I did a good job this weekend getting my minutes in. I am determined to be down 27 pounds by May 31st. My cousin is getting married and I'll be seeing relatives I haven't seen in years and I want to look good. Of course my pln will change if I'm pregnant by then. Last year I didn't make my goal of 12,000 fitness minutes and that really bothers me. I know part of the reason was not being able to get to the wildlife sanctuary and part was because I needed to get used to my new schedule and was depressed.
Now I am trying shorter term goals to see if that helps. I have been able to move 2 marbles already!
