...well for the past few days anyway!
1. I am tracking my foods (...ALL of my foods!)
2. I am doing a 30Day Green Smoothie Challenge and so far so yummy/good!
3. I am working out... A walk outside or a workout inside- either way, for the past few days I have found opportunities and time to move!
How about you? It's so easy to focus on what we are doing wrong or what we need to do better and that's not completely a bad thing but let us not forget to count the things that we are working on, working toward, and doing well!
