Jonesing Big-Time for Coffee

Monday, January 06, 2014

After 10 days of feeling great from no caffeine, today I'm flying in the danger zone. Soooo tempted to make a pot. Some days are just harder than others.

Stay warm and safe in all those cold temp areas.

Perhaps some tea? That always makes me feel better if I am fighting any type of respitetory illness. I add honey to it if I have a sore throat. emoticon

I know you are staying away from caffeine....but tea always helped me breath better...and tea with the first ingredient being Hibiscus is super high in anti-oxidents..(like Celestial Seasonings Red Zinger).
