my lovely middle child's 11th birthday today. and tomorrow, we clean alllllllll the junk food out of the house! seriously it's bad.
30 spark points a day: only 12 today, didn't track my food so it makes for low points. that's why the junk has to go, I have this mental block that if i'm eating junk I shouldn't bother tracking, when the reality is the opposite, I know!
8 cups of water: yes. I can do the water thing - I actually need and crave it, water is now a full on habit that isn't going anywhere.
8 hours sleep: 7. close but not enough, I definitely feel it when I don't get that 8 hours!
Actively smile/actively be nice to DH (added that one): yep! I am really working at this one - putting the work back in the marriage, we manage quite well but I don't want to be complacent!
Exercise 10 minutes a day (good goal to start with): not as such - lots of housework and running about but no.
Come up with a savings goal: not done yet :) but I have spent the last couple of days organizing bills and seeing where we sit financially so we're facing the scary as a good start.
Do something towards automated income: today was a great build day for this - learning a few new and concrete things towards how to do this, have a couple of products, had a good meeting yesterday with the team, we are rolling.
Kids are back to school tomorrow and I am off to find a place that can get us the flu shot, apparently it's a bad one around here that I need to protect against - hope you are all healthy and happy!
