Sticking with plans is a difficult thing for most people, myself included.

I have been working on a healthier eating style for a few weeks now that includes cooking more meals and avoiding some of the prepackaged items. While there is a lot of room for improvement, I have made positive strides forward.

I have also made a goal to try to exercise at least 10 minutes a day. While I have not made all days, I have done more than I have missed. This week, I have rode my exercise bike for 41.53 miles. I am hoping for at least that much success next week as well. (This week was only counting Jan 1-5).

I am planning for next week too. I will make every attempt to keep on track and not let myself slip into the old way of doing things. I am not making strict changes that doom a person to failure. I am working on things a step at a time.
