    Well certainly don't beat yourself up more than you have already. However, if this is a pattern of yours it's best to force yourself NOT to do it. Something is causing this to happen, find out what it is and resolve it or accept it and stay on program.

    I agree with all the above comments! Don't beat yourself up!!! Look how far you come I struggled yesterday too and barley made it! Sundays are hard.

    Don't beat yourself up! Just get back on track as of this moment. Have you figured out what triggered the eating today? If you can determine what triggered it, you can be aware next time so that you can try a different tactic. I know I struggle with Sunday afternoons - something about knowing I'm going back to work the next day. I try to combat that by keeping myself busy. Just a few thoughts. You are back on track right now! And, you can do it!
