Objective: Reduce weight under 300 pounds by 12/22/2014

Mission One: Get on Track
Mission Duration: Month of January

Mission Goals:
1. Exercise 200 minutes every week
- Log 3 Fitness Center visits during week
- One family exercise session during weekend (Richard Simmons Video)
- Lose2Win Squat Challenge
- Lose2Win Push up / Crunch Challenge
2. Eat within calorie range daily
3. Track food and exercise daily (SparkPeople)
4. Blog regular updates on Mission

Mission Expected Outcomes:
- Regular Exercise Routine
- Healthier Diet
- Weight Loss 11 pounds
