New Year New Me by 50th Birthday in September 2014!

There are 36 weeks until my 50th Birthday, Sept. 14, 2014. I watched "Julie & Julia" and decided to do a variant of that movie. Instead of trying a new recipe each day, I am going to try a new exercise, or improve on ones I have done previously. I am also going to try new foods to include more fruits and vegetables during the week.

Starting Weight - 203 lbs.

Daily Exercise - Jumping Jacks - 15

I love that movie!
I'm not doing recipes or fitness, per se, but a mix of everything...mainly just blogging daily for 365 days.
