Everything is going well, except the gym and it's 31 degrees. I'm supposed to workout today and rest tomorrow but I'm going to have to switch that. I was all dressed, headed over, and noticed no one in the parking lot and the hours on the door. Made the change on my calendar so I won't do that again. Next Sunday, I'm going on a 6 mile easy hike (weather permitted)
Also having problems making sure I have the right foods planned for me to keep the eating schedule on the go. I did buy a thermos so I can take smoothies or soup with me. Also, found some easy grab snacks that fit the snack requirements.
UPDATE: Looking at my nutrition tracker, I'm below 1200 calories. Really need to make sure I eat everything I'm supposed to on this plan.
