So I've been totally slacking this weekend and need to fullh recommit myself to a healthy mindset. Therefore I've set up a list of daily goals and a plan of action for the remainder of Janary and plan to blog every night on my progress.
[ ] go to gym every day before work and exercice for at least 30 minutes.
[ ] gym on Saturday OR sunday for at least 30 minutes.
[ ] weigh in on Friday.
[ ] run at least 1¼ miles @ 5.5 mph and 3.0 inline without stopping by end of January to train for 5k.
[ ] K-cup/protein powder iced coffee for breakfast.
[ ] oatmeal for breakfast.
[ ] leftovers or smartones for lunch.
[ ] one yogurt, one fruit, one fiber bar for snacks.
[ ] protein and veggie for dinner.
[ ] at least six cups of water a day!
[ ] blog daily and check in on friends here at Spark.
[ ] read one chapter of a book each night.
[ ] try at least one new activity a month.
So these are my goals to carry me through the month. I am so left-brained it's not even funny so lists really help me stay on track.
