I'm not on a diet, this isn't short term and I've no interest in a bottle of chemicals that give me gas most days anyway. The other stuff is just a frozen chunk of chemical flavorings and salt. These changes aren't going to come from beginning of the year sales with a coupon thrown in for extra consumer appeal. No I have to change the foods I eat from the ground up somehow.
I didn't fill the grocery cart with the quick fix of awful diet stuff, so we'll see how I do with real food this week. Planning out what I'm going to eat ahead of time. Need better breakfast stuff, I don't really have much. Plain yogurt and a few clementines.
