HIIT on a treadmill

Push the speed higher and go faster during the TV ads. Bring the speed down to an easier to maintain but challenging speed during the show.

Monitor your comfort level and heart rate to adjust both the faster and slower speeds.

    Thanks for the tip on Tread mill walking need to get into tomorrow at the gym i have have been away from the since DEC 20 th wonder what the tracker will do when i get on tomorrow. Happy walking to you sound much safer than going out in you winter weather.

    Sounds exhausting...

I've only tried the treadmill thing for a few months.. because I live where winter is not white & being out-of-doors works for us here all year around.

I don't know how you do it.
