7/1/12 - 165 lbs (starting weight on wedding day)
... then some time passed (I wasn't doing a lot of long-term fitness work during this time, just some on-again-off-again efforts, and I don't have any official weigh-in info ...
12/22/13 - 153.2 lbs (11.8 lbs lost from last week, 11.8 lbs loss from start)
12/29/13 - 154.2 lbs (1 lb gained from last week, 10.8 lbs loss from start)
01/05/14 - 153.6 lbs (0.6 lb lost from last week, 11.4 lbs loss from start)
Not a huge change this week, but moving back in the right direction.
