Week one done:) Two weeks left and it's really starting to feel like a lifestyle. The meals I have been making are great:) My hubby even had enjoyed some of the things I made. Some of the things he did not care for, which is typical:)
Some things I have noticed:
*I am back to my "happy" weight.
*Energy is up:)
*I am back into a running routine:)
*I am happier and more relaxed. This could be majorly influenced by having two weeks off from school. I am really not looking forward to going back but am dealing with it by counting down my workouts for the month:) (17 SWEAT classes, 8 spin classes, 8 days to run)
*My skin is clear:)

Over this break I had a lot of time to reflect.
*It really is time to start looking into other options for income:) I am sure there are amazing things out there, I just have to discover them:)
*I have an idea of what I want my dream house to be, no we just gotta find it:)
*I made a schedule of clearing for our house. I really do not like cleaning. Mostly because I am allergic to all the chemicals used to clean our house. So I decided to tackle a room or two a week to keep me from going crazy. I wrote the rooms on the calendar to keep me accountable. Today is our back room/pantry and bedroom. Organizing and cleaning/getting rid of things we don't use.

I really hope the way I feel continues on into the rest of the school year. I feel so much better and know I will treat others with more patience and kindness:) A bonus for all:)
51.1 miles for the year!
Not sure if I will get the pups out's a rainy one here. I did get 3.1 done on the treadmill today:) Similar workout as to what I did last week, but threw in some sprints. It was a good one:)
