A science teacher went on a McDonalds only diet for 90 days and lost weight. Three of his Iowa high school science students helped track strict limitations - namely a total daily intake of 2,000 calories. He also started walking 45 minutes a day. He concluded "it's our choices that make us fat. Not McDonald's." His cholesterol levels went down also.
