Beef and Kidney Bean 'Chili'

Ground beef, extra lean, 180 grams
Onions, raw, 0.5 medium, chopped
Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp
Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Crosse & Blackwell Chutney, 1 tbsp
Coriander seed, 0.5 tsp
Cayenne pepper, 2 tsp
Bay leaves, 1
Tumuric, ground, 0.5 tsp
cinnamon, 0.5 tsp
ginger, 0.5 tsp
garlic, 2 cloves, chopped
Beans, red kidney, canned, 1.5 cups
salt and pepper
water, 1 cup
cherry tomatoes, 5 chopped
Bell pepper 0.5 medium, chopped

1) Add water, spices, onion, garlic, sauces and beef into a thick bottom pot.
2) Boil for 15 minutes.
3) Wash kidney beans to remove excess salt.
4) Add beans, chopped bell pepper and tomatoes.
5) Cover pot with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes.
6) Add more water if it becomes to dry.
