Well, last night I went over my drink limit for the week ... planned to have 1 light beer, but also had 3 jello shots and mixed drink (1 oz vodka, 4 oz club soda, 1 oz cranberry juice) but still kept within Spark nutritional goals and danced on a rest day so hopefully it won't impact me too much. Every day I'm drinking a detoxification drink of some kind another so that should help too.
This morning, I ate grapefruit (my least favorite fruit) with a couple of packets of splenda, 2 turkey bacon, and 2 waffles with a 1 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup no butter.
I was off schedule because I slept in and was on the go (poor planning). I was a bit low on protein but otherwise within my Spark nutritional goals but not too good with the Shred since timing of meals / snacks is important.
This afternoon, I took an enjoyable walk with friends, discovered I like carrot juice from the local coffee house and Organic Valley whipped butter is DELICIOUS!
