Saturday..productive and a little achy

Since the roads were awful and my driveway so so, I had no problem staying in to put things away, reorganize papers, and other odds and ends.

Made a nice omelet for breakfast, we had a grill cheese sandwiches for lunch,and dinner was leftovers from last night.

I managed to do 5 miles with Leslie without any problem..the ankles have been a little achy.. Later in the evening I got up to get the tv remote and I heard crunching in the left knee...sigh. It doesn't hurt but I iced it as a precaution and took a pain med. This is what I get for not keeping up with my leg exercises..

Keep your fingers crossed for me that this is a minor thing. Hoping it is just a little cartiliage rubbing together!

    Yikes, hope it isn't anything, you don't need any more knee trouble.... 5 miles.... wow. I did go checking for a 4 mile dvd, but couldn't find one, where did you find it... can you send me a link? Have you done her Kickboxing one, that's what I did tonite.... love it...

We're freezing here.... not as bad as I see down in New England, but enough to keep me inside all day.
