I need a cheat day if only to keep my sanity. Sure, I went over my calories for the day, but not nearly as much as I could have by any stretch.
Also, I tossed together some things for dinner and it turned out SO much better than I expected! I'm going to write it all down and make a proper recipe out of it...and hopefully it'll be pretty healthy once I get the proper proportions of ingredients in there. Huzzah!
