Saturday is Cheating Day

I need a cheat day if only to keep my sanity. Sure, I went over my calories for the day, but not nearly as much as I could have by any stretch.

Also, I tossed together some things for dinner and it turned out SO much better than I expected! I'm going to write it all down and make a proper recipe out of it...and hopefully it'll be pretty healthy once I get the proper proportions of ingredients in there. Huzzah!

  many diet gurus advocate one or more cheat days a week, with the restriction that you don't eat the equivalent of 3 pounds of chocolate on that day. i think that puts too much stress on a food plan. but, setting up a food plan with one day of comfort food and 6 days of calorie balanced foods works better.
