D - 6oz roasted pork loin, 0.75C brown rice, 1C broccoli, 1C green beans

S - 1oz almonds

E - Jamie Eason Day 4 Shoulders/Abs

Total - Cal - 1365, Carbs - 101, Fat - 50, Protein - 138
