So back in August, I think, I weighed in at about 127lbs. I was so proud of myself and all my hard work.
Well, then we had a lot of medical issues to deal with for M as well as adding OT to his schedule resulting in therapy 4 days a week. He got sick with RSV and now he has become so reliant on me that he won't sleep in his bed.
I'm stressed and exhausted and now I've eaten my way back up to 135lbs. It's depressing and disappointing.
Monday is a new start, though. I will make it to the gym at least 3 days a week to complete the C25K, which is about 30mins on the treadmill.
I am better than what I'm turning back to. I can do this!

    Keep on going! It's "only" 8 pounds! I'd say that's not a huge difference, but I know that it can be - I've learned that it is for me! Just get to the gym and try not to let stress get in the way!

    Do not give up! You have been stressed and should be content that the scale did not rise a lot more!!!! Great idea catching the issue now AND having a doable plan to deal with it. GOOD FUTURE and I hope the health issues are done with both of you!
