I am up 0.6 lbs from the over indulgence in alcohol and pizza since last Saturday. I woke up 2 days ago at 143 and 2 days on Medifast got me to 137.6 lbs. That's the magic. I was told by the counselor to aim for 1200 calories per day over the next week to get back to my goal weight. I also want to go maybe 5 below to 130 to have some wiggle room for the next party.
She also said if I wanted to be at goal I could always just do the entire program over the next week and the following week to get below. Meh. Not necessary. The holidays are over. I mean really, since Thanksgiving I have gained 2.6 lbs in these past 3 weeks. It's not Christmas all year long and I consider myself lucky.
