I'm feeling so blah this morning.
I couldn't sleep last night. It was about 2am before I fell asleep.
So now I'm sitting here. Groggy. But I've had my fruit and I have my water beside me for breakfast.
I started my car today - it's brutally cold outside. I guess I need to go and get some groceries today. At least my car started. Now to round up my recipes so I know what to get. I am trying a couple of new salad recipes here right away. Some with edamame. I have some in the freezer, so why not.
I have already milled some Millet flour, so I'm ready to make another loaf of bread. I messed up the last loaf - apparently my millet flour was mixed in with some potato flour. Anyhow, the bread turned out, but not that great. lol
So time to try again.
I also have my sourdough starter going. I added some kiefer this morning. I could not find water kiefer, so I used some dairy. I sure hope it works. I'm planning on putting the bread together tonight. I'm also going to order water keifer online today. lol
Anyhow, on to today's plan
Water - I'm already working on my first litre - 4 cups. I am worried today might be a tough day to get it all in. All I want is to go for breakfast - coffee and eggs. I need to drink this water before I go for groceries. That way I can have a coffee and not feel guilty.
Food - I'm trying. I ate my fruit this morning so far. The plan is to have a nice salad with supper. I would say I'm going to have one for lunch too, but I'm thinking that won't likely work. I'm more likely to go for eggs and coffee when I go for groceries.
Fitness - uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh
Yeah. I know. I need to do something. I just can't get my head around it yet. I will.
So far I've been eating well, drinking my water, and trying to move. The scale is down already. It'll go better once I get moving, but I seem to have a couch tied to my butt. lol
Time to go. I've got lots I want to get done before lunch.
