My plan was to go to deep water aerobics class then water walking. I didnít make it to deep water class, my legs were sore but I did make it to water walking and stayed longer for some water weights and noodle exercises. This was the first time for me to do water walking as a class. I liked it and find it helpful to some of the things I already do.
I donít feel bad for not going to deep water aerobics class. I worked out a lot yesterday and my body was saying ďhey now, slow downĒ. So thatís why I chose not to go. My body is doing very well for all the activity and Iím happy I have a good program going.
My best friend who is my Aqua Zumba instructor, said they are going to start having Personal fitness trainers in the water. I think that is great and hope that I can get that going for myself. I might not be able to because it would cost extra but, if afford one, I should would like that, even for two days so I can use what they shown me to do by myself.
Also I was told that the pool will have a fitness day. During this day we may go to any class free and sign up for the drawing that will take place. They are going to give out a few passes for 12 free classes.
If you go to 8 classes after this free fitness day for three months, you get a chance to win an annual pass. I hope I get that.
Itís been a good day and almost the end of my winter break. Itís ending all too soon.
