Fat Loser Ebook Link Fixed! Fatloser program returns free!

Following up from my previous blog (link above) I received some contact from the Fatloser folks and have been advised: they were overwhelmed temporarily by the number of people who were trying to download the free ebook which was what made the link go wonky. Over 1,000 downloads within a couple days. But bandwidth has been increased and all is good. So if you had problems, it's worth trying again.

    I just downloaded the book. Wasn't impressed with chapter one -- that simply isn't my experience that I must be 100% compliant. Chapter 2 about eating for energy makes more sense. Looks interesting overall. I trust myself enough now to pick and choose what will work for me.

    Thanks! Downloaded the book and signed up for the 21-day program. I've been doing pretty well at losing the weight, but not at being mentally tough. Those old habits are pretty deeply ingrained. Looking forward to toughening up! Thanks for sharing, once again!

    Wow, thanks for the update! I was able to download the e-book but I did see where the video series was $495. I wonder why the change of heart?

100% is a pretty huge discount, LOL!

    Oh, my... goodness! I never thought I would be so excited to go back and do this program again, but I'm doing it and I am EXCITED! Get this... I signed up for the Fatloser program and answered the homework questions... then I went back and found the printout of when I did the program in March of 2012... it's been that long.

And... get this... I gave myself the same number! But my QUALITATIVE answers were different. I'm going to put away the printout, and only look at it AFTER I've answered each day's questions.

This is going to be FUN! emoticon Mentally TOUGH enough to Maintain! Thanks for putting this out there again. It's time to review and renew.

    Reading the ebook inspired me to have salad, a banana and nuts for dinner and go to bed a little hungry. I was down a pound this morning.

I have about 20 pounds to lose so his book suited me fine. In the days when I had 40 to 50 to lose, it would have been a harder though - for me - necessary read.

    My husband, Bryan, and I have been following Steve's principles since April, 2013. We've lost a combined 141.5 pounds so far! We're also doing a weekly video blog sharing things we're learning along the way. We still have quite a ways to go, but Mental Toughness is really making the difference!!
