Kind of tired

I hate having to explain when I take off a day from fully exercising but I feel when I have a special heavy two days like I just had on the first and second I need to give my body a rest.
So no walk, no aerobics, no treadmill ... i just did what I had to do as far as house work.
took my friend Doris grocery shopping and started chopping on my apple tree which needs to be trimmed and spayed this month. Want to get all the tender branches off for the bunny before I spray. Met with a friend Delivered the tablecloths at church and I go to a meeting this evening.
Go God bless everyone this new year and make time every now and then to give yourself a day off from heavy exercise.
And while you are napping dream of places you would rather be.....

    I don't necessarily exercise every day but I do get my minimum number of expended calories weekly.

    You do not have to explain anything to anyone. Our bodies need rest as much as good fuel, hydration and exercise. You did wonderful by listening to yours.
