strategies for why i cant stick with healthy eating

one of the big reason is my love of peanut butter. i know you can eat it if you portion it out. i just cant do that. i love it. i love it on sandwiches and by the spoonful---i am going to just not eat it. i might have it one day a week on weekends.
another reason is i eat too much after work at 11 pm-- i am sticking to 200 calories after work. i am gonna do crossword puzzles, blog, or just go to sleep.
i have joined gym and that is increasing my motivation.
i am reading a lot of fitness magazines, books about sugar and its effects.
i have joined book club on '100 days of weight loss'
i have joined sugar challenge
