Just got my first email on the challenge. Did a pretrial yesterday to check out a toning video and a cardio one. I am suppose to do at least 10 minutes cardio a day and a toning exercise. I usually do at least 15 minutes cardio 3x a week -- or at least try. I was missing the toning/flexible exercises a lot. I think this will keep me on track. I am assuming that I must do Spark People videos and track them for the challenge. Maybe not. Looking forward to a good challenge!
