Official Challenge Start Today

Just got my first email on the challenge. Did a pretrial yesterday to check out a toning video and a cardio one. I am suppose to do at least 10 minutes cardio a day and a toning exercise. I usually do at least 15 minutes cardio 3x a week -- or at least try. I was missing the toning/flexible exercises a lot. I think this will keep me on track. I am assuming that I must do Spark People videos and track them for the challenge. Maybe not. Looking forward to a good challenge!

    I really would be in this challenge...but I'm already doing everything day by day! But I'm rooting for you! I lift weights 3 days weekly, walk 5-6 days for an hour ea time, complete a home video 2-3 times weekly, and next week will add yogalattes...and then on the 14th, will add hot water aerobics 2-3 mornings each week. I'm going on the premise that adding more activity will help with the weight loss...not a guarantee...but a hope. Enjoy...be blessed and keep Sparkin'!!
