As part of the rededication to my weight loss journey, I have decided to blog daily regarding my progress. That being said .... let the blogging begin.

Today was good. I did the 30 minute circuit at planet fitness, high intensity on the stepping. I did 40 min on the elliptical and some extra ab work.

I was good on food . Coffee/water in the morning. I ate an apple and pint of cherry tomatoes around noon. I had a scoop of ice cream around 3. For dinner, I had a salad with a couple slices of deli turkey, whole grain croutons, tomato, and zero calorie raspberry red wine vinegar ( yuck on the dressing.... which want dressing at all....just vinegar). I had a total of probably 2 1/2 liters of water throughout the day.

Feeling good !
