In my need to re-shed the re-gained weight and the hopes of getting back on track once more I have decided to join the January Jumpstart Challenge for the second year in a row.
I also need to get back off snacking streak that has had me in it's powerful grip for the better part of 6 months. Meeting my exercise minimums DOES NOT prevent re-gain when I throw in several extra hundred calories nearly every day.
I can do it. I have shown greater self-discipline than this in the past. I just need to buckle down.
It is the desire that kind of fizzled out.
I have some good motivations in front of me again though.
