I really don't like tracking my food! Scares me when I see the totals right up there on my computer screen!
I need to throw out the mayo, wow is there a lot of fat in 1 TBSP of mayo. I also need to start bringing my lunches and snacks with me to work again. I was doing pretty good at that until last month.
My husband doesn't understand that I can't eat the stuff he does and gets upset when I don't want to eat what he has cooked, so I give in so he doesn't pout all night and eat it. He gets upset when I cook my "diet" food for us, he eats it but picks at it forever! Grrr Maybe he should cook his own, and I'll cook my own and the Son can eat which ever he wants???
Ok I'm done whining for now!

    It's just me and my teenage daughter here but we go through same here. I don't buy anything I'll eat and I'm cooking healthy. She's refusing to eat and says there's no food when fridge /cupboards full. We don't just battle ourselves but our family members as well when we change. Don't give up

    I don't think you are whinning , As a matter of fact, you'll about to find out thay you are not alone (smile). My hubby and I goes through the same thing except he does not cook. we just clashes all the time when it come to the food, It is hard for me, But some how I'm going to do what I need to do. You can do it too. Take care.
