I really don't like tracking my food! Scares me when I see the totals right up there on my computer screen!
I need to throw out the mayo, wow is there a lot of fat in 1 TBSP of mayo. I also need to start bringing my lunches and snacks with me to work again. I was doing pretty good at that until last month.
My husband doesn't understand that I can't eat the stuff he does and gets upset when I don't want to eat what he has cooked, so I give in so he doesn't pout all night and eat it. He gets upset when I cook my "diet" food for us, he eats it but picks at it forever! Grrr Maybe he should cook his own, and I'll cook my own and the Son can eat which ever he wants???
Ok I'm done whining for now!
